Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Every piece is made to order: it’s printed for you first (usually 2 to 5 business days), then shipped with tracking, which takes about 3 to 7 business days in the US, 5 to 10 to Canada and 7 to 20 to the rest of the world. So far-away countries can take a bit longer.

One flat rate for the whole order, whatever’s in it: the United States $5.99, free on orders of $75 or more; Canada $9.99; everywhere else we ship, $14.99. You choose where your order ships in your bag, and the checkout then takes addresses in that region only. Free US shipping counts the price of the pieces before any discount code.

Fliinch is a Canadian studio based in Toronto. Every piece is printed to order by our print partner and ships from Canada or the USA, straight to you. We can’t say ahead of time which of the two yours will come from.

Orders that cross a border (including between Canada and the US) or go overseas may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. They aren’t part of our price or shipping, and they’re paid on delivery.

When your order ships, you get an email with its tracking number. If the tracking hasn’t moved for two weeks, write to us and we’ll chase it with the carrier.

If tracking says it was delivered and it wasn’t, or it never arrives, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Orders go to print fast. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it if it hasn’t been printed yet. Once it has been printed, it’s made for you and can’t be cancelled.

You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page: cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. We never see or keep your card number, and Stripe emails your receipt. All prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank converts it and may charge a fee.

No. Every piece is printed when you order it, so there’s no stock to sell out and no countdown. If a colour or size ever can’t be made, we tell you and refund it in full.

Each piece with sizes has a size guide on its page (the Size guide button by the sizes): the garment’s own measurements, laid flat, in inches and centimetres. The guides: tees, heavyweight tees, long sleeves, crewnecks, zip hoodies, hoodies and joggers. The tees are a retail fit, true to size; between two sizes, take the bigger one. Hats, beanies and totes are one size.

Because each piece is printed for you, we can’t take it back if you change your mind or order the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, or it isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a new one or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you, and you won’t need to send the old one back.

The clothes: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours; tumble dry low or hang dry; don’t iron over the print, and don’t dry clean. Hats: spot clean. Beanies: hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Every piece’s own care is on its page.
