Printed for you, shipped to you, and put right if we got it wrong.

Shipping & returns, in short

How long?: Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks: printed for you (2–5 business days), then shipped with tracking.
Shipping?: US $5.99, free over $75 · Canada $9.99 · Rest of the world $14.99. One flat rate per order.
From where, to where?: From Canada or the USA, to the US, Canada and 89 more countries. Duties or taxes may apply when an order crosses a border.
Returns?: Misprinted, damaged or wrong? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund you. Each piece is made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns.

Made to order

Fliinch is a Canadian studio based in Toronto. Every piece is printed to order by our print partner and ships from Canada or the USA, straight to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days. We can’t say ahead of time which of the two countries your order will ship from.

The pictures in the store are mockups: the colours of a real print can differ a little from your screen, and every garment is a little different. Sizes are in each product’s size guide.

Shipping

Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Every piece is made to order: it’s printed for you first (usually 2 to 5 business days), then shipped with tracking, which takes about 3 to 7 business days in the US, 5 to 10 to Canada and 7 to 20 to the rest of the world. So far-away countries can take a bit longer.

One flat rate for the whole order, whatever is in it:

You choose where your order ships in your bag, and the checkout then takes addresses in that region only. Free US shipping counts the price of the pieces before any discount code.

When your order ships, you get an email with its tracking number. If the tracking hasn’t moved for two weeks, write to us and we’ll chase it with the carrier.

Customs and import duties: Orders that cross a border (including between Canada and the US) or go overseas may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. They aren’t part of our price or shipping, and they’re paid on delivery.

Returns

Because each piece is printed for you, we can’t take it back if you change your mind or order the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, or it isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a new one or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you, and you won’t need to send the old one back.

Lost in the post? If tracking says it was delivered and it wasn’t, or it never arrives, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Changing or cancelling an order: Orders go to print fast. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it if it hasn’t been printed yet. Once it has been printed, it’s made for you and can’t be cancelled.

Prices & payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank converts it and may charge a fee.

You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page: cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. We never see or keep your card number, and Stripe emails your receipt. What we keep about your order, and why, is in our privacy page.

Terms of sale

Who sells. Fliinch, an independent game studio in Toronto, Canada, sells everything in the store at fliinch.com/merch.
Your order. It’s placed when your payment goes through, and the price is the one shown at checkout, with the shipping for your region. If we can’t make or ship something you ordered, we tell you and refund it in full.
What you get. A new item, printed to order as described on its page. The art is ours: buying a shirt doesn’t give you the right to reproduce the designs.
Problems. Covered by the returns above. Nothing here takes away the rights your local consumer law gives you.
Our limit. As far as the law allows, what we owe you for an order is at most what you paid for it.
The law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
